Focus & digital wellbeing
Lucciola
Less screen time, more calm
Time away from your phone that you can actually see. Start a focus session, put your phone down, and a firefly keeps your tree glowing. No guilt, no pressure. On Android and iPhone, in English and Czech.
Features
What the app does
Focus sessions
Choose how long you want to be phone-free, from five minutes to a full workday. Locking or turning off the screen is fine; only opening another app ends the session.
A tree that grows with you
The longer you stay away, the more your tree blossoms. Pick up your phone and it grows sad.
Lucciola the firefly
Her glow shows how your tree is doing, so you can tell at a glance whether it needs care.
Streaks and stats
Your daily streak, total focus time, and longest session. You can see how your relationship with your phone changes.
Seeds and tree care
Focus earns you seeds. Spend them on water, fertilizer, or a streak freeze for the day that doesn’t go to plan.
Your progress stays with you
Your progress is stored on your phone. An account is optional.
How it works
How Lucciola works
Three steps to time away from your phone
- Step 01
Pick a length
Set how long you want to be phone-free: for work, studying, a meal, or an evening with the people you love.
- Step 02
Put your phone down
Feel free to lock your phone. Meanwhile, your tree grows and gets stronger.
- Step 03
Watch your tree blossom
A finished session earns you seeds and extends your daily streak.
