These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply between:
- the app operator: Lidmila Maršálková, VAT ID: CZ9057190912, registered address: Jindice 115, 285 04 Rašovice-Uhlířské Janovice ("operator" or "we").
- the app user ("user" or "you").
These Terms govern your use of the mobile application available via Google Play Store (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- App – a mobile application provided via Google Play.
- Agreement – the contractual relationship between the operator and you, formed by downloading, installing, or using the App.
- User – a person who installs and uses the App.
2. Service scope
We provide the App for managing cosmetics and home goods, including expiry tracking, organization into virtual shelves, and AI recognition. Depending on usage and features, parts of the service may be free or paid (e.g., in-app purchase or subscription).
3. Download and availability
- You download and interact with the App exclusively through Google Play Store.
- All payments, cancellations, refunds, and license management are handled by Google Play and subject to its terms.
4. Pricing and payments
- Prices and payment methods are shown directly on the App's Google Play page.
- Payments are processed by Google Play and follow its terms.
- If you are eligible for a refund under Google Play rules (typically within 48 hours), follow the process described in Google Play.
5. Intellectual property
The App and all its content (code, graphics, text) are protected by copyright. Ownership remains with the operator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, unless required by law.
- The operator is solely responsible for the content within the App.

7a. Cookies and website analytics
On the website, we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only after your consent via a cookie banner. Without consent, analytics scripts do not load.
8. Termination
- You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
- The operator may discontinue access to the App (e.g., end support), with prior notice where reasonably possible.
9. Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal and refunds are handled by Google Play according to its policies (usually within 48 hours of installation). Subsequent disputes are processed by Google Play, not the operator.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The new version becomes effective once published in the App or on the website. If you disagree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes are resolved by competent courts of the Czech Republic. Consumer protections under applicable laws prevail where relevant.
